Bitter Crush
Featuring trending bitters
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Aperol*
*bitter orange aperitif
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) white rum
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 dashes orange bitters
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar
crushed ice
Fill an 8- to 10-ounce highball glass with crushed ice. Stir together Aperol, rum, lemon juice, and bitters in a small glass measuring cup. Add sugar to taste, stirring until sugar is dissolved, then pour over ice.
Flirtini
Sassy citrus sophisticate
3 oz Champagne
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau Orange Liqueur
2 pieces Pineapple
Muddle the pineapple pieces and cointreau in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add vodka and pineapple juice and stir. Strain into a chilled glass and top with champagne.
Love Letter
Hoping it says…love you too!
1 oz Campari
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.25 oz Maple Syrup (should be 1:1 with water)
0.25 oz Small Hand Grenadine
3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
Shake. Add Soda. Pour over ice in highball.
Trim with a lime zest.
Carmel Kiss
A sweet and creamy dreamy confection that says snuggle and cuddle.

1 1/2 ounces Godiva Chocolate Vodka
1/4 ounce of Godiva Caramel Liqueur
1/2 ounce of almond liqueur
1 ounce of cream
Combine Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, Godiva Caramel Liqueur, almond liqueur and cream into a cocktail shaker.  Shake well.
Strain into a port glass.
