Thanksgiving placesettings

A sumptuous menu requires a matching setting.
The Menu Shoppe presents these “finds”…
Harvest Color
The autumnal hues still glow if but mounds of leaves surrounding bare trees. Use burnish tones in a casual setting, embellish with assorted pewter and sterling. Add faux berries and leaves as a centerpiece or scattered along the table.
Harvest Place Setting
The simplicity of a pear as a placecard.  Use ribbon or raffia, or pierce it with a vintage hatpin.
Use amber glass for glow.  Best, some antique depression glass or pressed glass.  This imparts an elegant mix.

Candle Bands: From wool felt, cut bands slightly narrower than each candle’s length. Cut two of each letter for the “Giving Thanks” display. Secure one letter to each side of the band with spray adhesive.
